Manhattan Associates (MANH) has announced its fourth-quarter earnings, showing a decrease from the same quarter the previous year but surpassing Wall Street's expectations.

The company posted earnings of $48.02 million, which translates to $0.77 per share. This is a slight decline from the previous year's figures of $48.74 million, or $0.78 per share.

On an adjusted basis, excluding special items, Manhattan Associates reported earnings of $72.70 million, equating to $1.17 per share for the quarter. This figure exceeded analysts' projections, who had anticipated earnings of $1.06 per share, typically not accounting for unusual items.

The company also reported a 7.4% increase in revenue, rising to $255.80 million from $238.26 million in the prior year.
